Make sure the label is well-lit and fully visible in frame. Try holding the phone steady and letting the camera focus before scanning. If the wine is very rare or not yet in our database, you can search for it manually in the Search tab.
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to iPhone Settings → tap your name (Apple ID) → Subscriptions → find Grapevine → tap Cancel Subscription.
Your wines, ratings, and taste profile are stored locally on your device. They will not automatically transfer to a new device in the current version. We plan to add iCloud sync in a future update.
Go to the Profile tab → scroll to the bottom → tap "Reset & start over". This will clear all your local data and take you back to onboarding.
Camera access is used exclusively for scanning wine labels. Grapevine does not access your photo library and does not store photos on our servers — only the extracted wine information is processed.
